The Good to Great series is made up of five connected workshops. It’s ideal for Assistant Managers stepping up, and General Managers. 

The first, and last days are introspective, laying the foundations for great leadership by giving participants an understanding of themselves and how their leadership can shape an environment for high performance (or not). 

The middle three days are more outrospective and tools focused, offering the ‘holy trinity’ (as we call it) of great hospitality management skills – feedback, coaching and delegation. 

We highly recommend that participants complete all five days in order to equip themselves with the tools, and self awareness, needed to consistently manage a team to long term high performance. 

How to use it:

‘Good to Great’ is designed to be attended whole, in order. It’s magic really lies in the connection and camaraderie of its participants coming together every week for 5 weeks.
