On completion of The Climate Lab ​ participants will understand:

  • - Have a clear idea of how different leadership approaches create different team climates.
    - Put your own collaboration skills under a microscope. What is your impact on group effectiveness?
    - Explore 6 building blocks we need to pay attention to as team leaders
    - Equip you with practical ideas to immediately improve the effectiveness of any team you work with
    - An introduction to the three typical hospitality climates – and the implications of each.
    - Via activity and exploration, encounter the five levels of team performance – and how to make teamwork a defining strength
