Our Founder – Stephen Waters – passed away suddenly in 2025 after nearly 20 years of running Watershed. He delivered development courses to over 4000 bar & restaurant managers.
Watershed was underpinned by his staunch belief in the power of coaching, and that the best leaders know how to skilfully use it.
At his core he believed that people are capable; that they can make their own decisions; have self-awareness; can find answers to their own problems; have imagination; and can offer something to a business that senior leaders might not have thought of.
That’s why we have set up the ‘Stephen Waters Foundation’ in his memory, to sponsor and support managers through their own professional qualification.
Applications will open in Summer 2026.
