A chance to re-engage, practice, and continue to develop your skills on all the topics covered on our Good to Great series of workshops including feedback, delegation and coaching.
Revisit the ideas. Share experiences. Build on what works.
Great leadership is something we keep developing. And sometimes it’s worth coming back to the things we’ve already learnt, looking at what’s worked and exploring what we could do differently.
This practical, interactive day revisits the key ideas from the five Good to Great workshops — understanding your own thinking style and those of others, giving meaningful feedback, coaching colleagues, delegating effectively and leading under pressure.
It’s an opportunity to refresh your understanding, share experiences with colleagues and reflect on the difference these approaches have made to the way you lead your team. Together, we’ll explore how the ideas connect, what’s worked in practice and how to make the learning stick.
INTENDED PARTICIPANTS
Anyone who has completed the Good to Great series and wants to refresh their knowledge, share experiences and build on their leadership skills.
OVERALL AIM
To revisit the key concepts from Good to Great, reflect on their impact and explore how to put the learning into practice more consistently and effectively.
LEARNING OBJECTIVES
By the end of the workshop, participants will be able to:
Revisit the big ideas from Good to Great and get a fresh perspective on how to use them.
Swap experiences with colleagues, sharing what's worked, what's been tricky and what they've learnt along the way.
Explore what's made a difference to the way they lead and the impact on their teams.
Decide what to do next to put more of the learning into action and keep building on what works.
